The short version
Sweep runs entirely on your iPhone. Your photos and videos are never uploaded, transmitted, or analyzed anywhere except on your device. Sweep has no user accounts, no login, no analytics SDK, and no advertising.
What Sweep accesses on your device
Sweep requests access to your photo library so you can review and delete photos and videos. This access is used only to display your media inside the app and to perform the deletions you explicitly confirm. Photos, thumbnails, and photo metadata never leave the device. Your swipe history and settings are stored locally on your device only.
What data leaves your device
One thing only: if you purchase Sweep Unlimited, the purchase is processed by Apple, and the receipt is validated by RevenueCat, our payment infrastructure provider. RevenueCat receives purchase history and an anonymous device identifier. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you. No other data is collected or transmitted.
Third parties, named
Apple (App Store payment processing and receipt management) and RevenueCat (purchase validation, privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy). There are no other third parties. There is no AI provider, no analytics service, and no ad network.
Data retention and deletion
Because Sweep stores your data on your device only, deleting the app deletes everything Sweep knows. To remove purchase records held by Apple, manage your Apple account at privacy.apple.com.
Children
Sweep does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+.
